Wet food can be particularly good as it supports good urinary health in cats. Wet food consumption means that a cat’s urine will be more diluted. This assists in preventing urinary infections.
If your cat suffers from constipation, moving to a wet food diet can help. This is because dehydration is a risk factor for constipation.
